What I believe in......

I believe in the wonders of having an inquistive mind
I believe in present
I believe in learning from the past
I believe in synergising individual skills and energy through a team
I believe in appreciating good and honest work
I believe in empathising
I believe in honesty.....values
I believe in recognising limitations and working upon them
I believe in thinking about the future......how to make it better
I believe in love
I believe in commitment
I believe in light at the end of the tunnel
I believe the best way to learn is by asking questions
I have learnt to believe that first impressions may not always be true
I believe more in non-verbal(body) language than in verbal
I believe that if u have a dream backed by conviction you can be invincible
I believe in quality of time
I believe that sources of inspiration lie all around us.....we need to be aware.......the creases on the forehead of an old man........inspires me.....the wrinkled hand of an old village woman making chappatis.....motivates me
I believe that people who dont usually care.........are the ones who feel most insecure
I believe that there is an underlying meaning to everything.....there is a mystery to everything n anything
I believe that no one is indispensable
I believe in certain ways that I have it in me to be the Chosen One.

Regards,
Monica.

This is a wonder piece of writing! Such idealism, but I think the conclusion - that these are the qualities of a potential good leader (or manager), someone who looks out for all their people - is entirely correct! There are plenty of the other sort around.

The one thing I'm not sure about is: "I believe that people who dont usually care.........are the ones who feel most insecure." This is true of some, but unfortunately, not of others, who are both strong and without care.

Best wishes,

Ian T.
